How to Purchase an Add-On
To purchase a Public Mobile add-on, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Public Mobile app or My Account
- Navigate to 'Subscriptions' and select ‘Shop Add-Ons’.
- Explore available add-ons. Use the filter to narrow your search by type.
- Adjust the quantity of each add-on using the plus (+) and minus (-) signs.
- Once you’ve made your selections, click ‘Purchase add-ons’.
- Review your order summary, then click ‘Pay now’ to complete your purchase.
Note: Public Mobile subscriptions and add-ons are non-refundable.
Buying two or more of the same add-on
Stacking add-ons depends on the type you are trying to buy. Long Distance and Data add-ons can be stacked.
For example, you can purchase 2 different US Roaming add-ons at once (ex. 1 3GB data Bundle and 1 1GB data-only add-on). If you would like to buy 2 or more of the same add-ons, you will need to wait until the first add-on has been used up before buying your second.
